Granite Skatepark in Petah Tikva (Israel),

completed in 2024, spans approximately 1,700 sqm and offers a contemporary interpretation of Skate-Urbanism by transforming a dedicated sports facility into an integrated urban environment. Designed as a continuous granite-paved surface, the park incorporates steps, seating edges, walls, and ramps into a cohesive street-like language that supports both skateboarding and everyday public use. At its core, a sprayed concrete skate bowl introduces a dynamic topographic element, enriching the spatial experience. Using durable urban materials and a restrained architectural language, the project blurs the boundary between skate infrastructure and civic space, embedding skate culture within the fabric of the city rather than isolating it.
