Project: Ocean Promenades- Red Sea
Following KSM completion of a number of major Red Sea resorts, KSM master planned and designed a series of public promenades along the Red Sea as well as the Éilat Inner Laguna.
The promenades along the Dan, Queen of Sheba and Magic Palace Resorts, allow for public strolling in the shade of desert Mesquite Trees and Palms, or along the colonnaded passages full of restaurants, pubs, and boutiques. The projects include pier decks built over rip rap and sea walls designed in coordination with oceanographic engineers. KSM design for paving, lighting, decking, planting and irrigation aims to create a world class vacation resort while catering to maintenance requirements of the Eilat Foreshore Development Corporation, a public agency as well as the city of Eilat.

Lighting: Metal halide lampoliers Fluorescent tubular lighting for display Blue LEDS inserted into pavers for orientation.
